Refund Policy

1. What this covers

The Wedding Pack, the one-time purchase from Wedding Speech AI (operated by Arihant Kumar Jain). Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which issues every refund.

2. How to request a refund

Either of these works; you do not need to give a reason.

• Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you bought it with, and request a refund.
• Or email hello@weddingspeechai.com from that email address, and we will arrange it with Paddle.com.

3. How long it takes

We aim to approve requests within 2 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

4. What happens to your access

A refund ends access to the paid features of The Wedding Pack. Anything you have already copied or downloaded stays yours, and the free tools remain available.

5. After 14 days

If something went wrong after the 14-day window (for example, you were charged twice or could not access what you paid for), email us anyway and we will put it right. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
