Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Wedding Speech AI ("we", "us"). By using weddingspeechai.com or any Wedding Speech AI feature (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and is not

Wedding Speech AI generates wedding speeches, vows, delivery notes, and related content using AI, based on the personal stories and details you provide. It is a writing and editing tool, not a professional speechwriting or relationship-counseling service, and AI-generated content can be imprecise, generic in places, or simply not to your taste — that is why free previews and revisions exist. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and personalizing anything you deliver in front of other human beings at someone's wedding.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. The Service does not require an account; your drafts, versions, plan status, and free-credit usage are stored locally in your own browser (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the device and browser profile where that data lives — clearing it deletes your speeches permanently, and we cannot recover them.

4. Pricing and billing — one-time purchases, not subscriptions

A wedding happens once, so Wedding Speech AI sells a one-time product, not a recurring subscription: the Wedding Pack, a single payment of US$29. "Unlimited revisions for 60 days" means the ability to regenerate and edit your drafts for 60 days after purchase — it is not a recurring plan and does not auto-renew or auto-charge you again.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and may display your local currency at checkout. Prices are shown at checkout and do not change retroactively for a completed purchase.

Refunds: if the Service materially failed to generate usable output for you, contact hello@weddingspeechai.com within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. International refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy under their policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, scrape, or systematically extract the Service or its outputs as a competing offering;
• circumvent free-tier limits, payment requirements, or technical safeguards;
• submit content that is defamatory, harassing, or intended to humiliate a real person without their knowledge;
• use the Service in violation of applicable law.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the stories, names, and details you submit, and to the speeches and vows generated for you. You grant us the limited license needed to process your submissions through our AI provider solely to operate the Service. We do not sell your content, use it to train models, or use it for advertising.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — software, design, prompts, and branding — is owned by Wedding Speech AI and protected by applicable IP law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service to prepare your own speech or vows.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR AUDIENCE, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT BROWSER-STORED DRAFTS WILL NEVER BE LOST. PRACTICE YOUR SPEECH OUT LOUD AND KEEP YOUR OWN BACKUP COPY.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEDDINGSPEECHAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR A SPEECH THAT DID NOT LAND THE WAY YOU HOPED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections 6–9 and 11–12 survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Non-waivable consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected. Contact: hello@weddingspeechai.com.
